Kayaking Hillsborough River State Park

Awesome experience! The owner George is a great host and takes care of his guests. He will tell you the best sights to see and animals to look for. It's a great value and the location is ideal and relaxing. There is a great spot nearby to watch the planes land if you're interested.

This place was recommended by some friends and I’m so glad we tried it out! As others have said, the owner is the sweetest! We found a great deal on Groupon for a 2 hour paddle. The owner gave us options for routes to explore. While we wanted to find some manatee- we weren’t so lucky this time. We did find some beautiful birds and lots of iguanas sun bathing. We will definitely be back!

Super easy and great service from Jorge and Carlos. They welcomed us right away, explained to us how to work the kayak, and gave us routes to take and mangroves to find. Really enjoyable adventure, they had Halloween decorations around the area.

Very nice folks at the kayak rental. They have tours,full moon kayaking, and just rent as you go. Also, you can launch your own kayak with a small launch fee. Great spot,plus Paradise Tiki next door has great door and drinks.

George got our large group all set up with kayaks and gave us great instructions on where to go. We had a wonderful time and I defenitly recommend it. After kayaking go next door to the tiki restaurant for delicious food!
