5 months agoMy 2 year old son LOVES this place and never what’s o leave. Rather it be open play or a class- he has the time of his life. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. We make it a priority to come at least once a week for the fun.

4 months agoIt was are first time in today and it was great!!! Loved the atmosphere everyone was really kind my daughter had a great time. Only down side to this place they don't accept cash or have snacks and drinks you can buy. You can bring in your own snacks and drinks which is nice. The only thing I didn't like about my experience was how the staff started cleaning up while my daughter was still playing they were dusting and picking up toys but besides that it was AMAZING will definitely be going back.

3 months agoI had a disappointing experience at this indoor playground. When registering online, I was asked for my age, which seemed unnecessary. After calling, I was told I could leave it blank and wouldn’t be charged since my baby is under 9 months old. However, the system still required my age and charged me. When I contacted them again, they admitted I was given incorrect information but said they would issue a refund, as they charge for babies 8 months and older. Once inside, I was shown the designated baby area, which was supposed to be separated by a small fence to keep older kids out. Unfortunately, this didn’t work at all—older kids kept running in, jumping around, and even throwing baby toys out while my little one was trying to crawl. I politely asked one parent to intervene, but he dismissed my concerns, pointing to a sign saying kids should ‘have fun.’ The front desk staff were kind and acknowledged the issue, saying they would work on better signage for the baby area. However, the experience was already frustrating. I appreciate their willingness to improve, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend this place for babies who need a safe space to play.

2 months agoIt was our first class today and our son loved it! From the classes to the playground, he didn’t want to leave. On a super high note for us, we saw how he gained so much confidence from the coaches motivating him to try new things, I could see he felt very proud of himself and can’t wait to come back again.
