5 months agoTo the right of the zoo's entrance. There are five rides to choose from. It being our first time here, we settled with getting the unlimited ride option. My daughter enjoyed it, so that's what matters most. No lines. Convenience of multiple food options (nearby gift shop with snacks, Starbucks, and hotdog stand that is on site). There is a spacious picnic area to the right of the gift shop. It's a slight bummer that the mini amusement park is in need of a major upgrade (long overdue).

2 months agoCelebrated my daughter 5th birthday at the Kiddie Park. This review is strictly for the party experience. For the most part it was a good experience. There are some drawbacks to having your party here. Your guests will have a tough time parking. A few of my guests had to park almost a mile away near the Japanese tea gardens and BBQ restaurant. They were slow on giving wrist bands. If my party starts at 10:00am, then the kids shouldn’t be waiting around for 10 minutes for their wristbands. Especially since we are so limited on time. The contract states we will get wrist bands 5 minutes before our party start time. Also, they said they have a knife to cut the birthday cake but do not cut the cake. So, I was prepared to cut our cake but all they had was a little plastic knife. That’s not a knife and I couldn’t even cut my cake with it. I would tell customers you don’t provide a special cake knife and advise we bring our own. The kids seemed to have fun and of course they don’t notice these things. 4 stars because my daughter loved her birthday and that’s what matters.

a week agoWe had a birthday party for my grandson on Saturday April 12th When we got there only two rides were working and several rides were closed, the reason, not enough operators. Why do they say all the will be working when the reservation is being made. There were lots of parties at the same time with no rides working. We had to wait for more then an hour for the manager was "training " some of the employees to open the rides! We were very upset and frustrated. No Im NOT RECOMMEND this place to anybody. And that's why I'm giving them 1 star. Awful service!

10 months agoSo much fun!! Kept my kids entertained for a very long time and everything was really neat. Food and drinks were way overpriced, but we got the unlimited rides and lunch ticket for the kids which was totally worth it. Was not crowded, no wait lines for rides.
