Kidiverse

“I visited Kidiverse with my kids, and I had a very disappointing experience. The play area was not well-maintained—many things were broken, and it was not as clean as expected. On top of that, their policies are unreasonable. My 74-year-old mother accompanied us, and even though she was not using the play area, we were required to buy socks just so she could access the restroom. There is no waiting area or any consideration for elderly visitors. Additionally, the rule about wearing socks for hygiene makes no sense when those same socks are used in the restroom. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their cleanliness, maintenance, and customer policies.”

It has a lot of variety (rock climbing, stationary bikes, dress up, video games...) but the whole place is in need of repairs. Very dusty and dirty, dangerous broken parts of wood sticking out. The women's washroom was closed while we were there and family restroom had no toilet paper, despite many people letting them know it was empty. Hand sanitizer stations were empty. It was really cold in the building so bring a sweater ("the manager says it's too expensive to turn the heat up")

We had such a great experience here! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming especially Eliani & Angelina, they didn’t just watch from a distance, they actually played with my kids and helped them feel comfortable right away. It made such a difference, and I could see how happy my kids were the whole time. I absolutely love it here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone with little ones!

Every small town NEEDS a place like this! Something for every age group and under roof so we'll protected and watched. Very clean too!

My son is happy here. It kept him entertained while waiting for our hotel to check in.
