This place was amazing! Made the wait time fly by with a 5 and 3yo. Why don’t more airports have this? Better than any other amenity as far as I’m concerned.

The worst worst worst airport in the US. No clear directions very confusing. Plan extra time. Travelled to different countries and no problem on finding gates in different languages. Boston has to be the worst of the worst. No clear directions. You are left wondering. Had to ask associates when shouldn’t have to if directions are clear. Even the pilot and the locals walk by agreed its confusing.

It's so great to have a place where little kids can run around a bit and burn off steam between flights. There are slides shaped like airplanes and soft floor to run and lay and play on.

This was a great place to let our daughter run off some energy between flights. Was clean and had a super soft and comfy floor.

Great kid playground while you wait. Cartoons, airplane themed slides, climbing structures. Plenty of seating for parents. Close proximity to bathrooms and water fountains.
