a month agoThis place is AMAZING! We are new to the state and the owner talked to my husband at Verizon and told us about this place! I brought my baby here and they have an enclosed area for babies less than 15 months to play in! Plus in the enclosed area the floor was padded so if he fell, he’d be protected! The snack options are amazing! This place is focused more on education while having fun learning! We will be coming back here anytime we want to get out of the house! Oh, and they have a bubble station. 100/10. The staff is super nice, too! I can’t recommend this place enough!

4 months agoKids In Motion is a great indoor play spot with multiple theme based exploratory rooms. My boys especially like the construction rooms with large tonka trucks, foam bricks, and PVC rough-in area. The play areas are generally well kept and staff is never far away keeping things tidy and organized. This has definitely become a go-to spot in the cold months to help kill some time and let the kids play and explore.

a week agoAttended a child’s bday party here. When the party ended, I accidentally misplaced my wrist key. I approached the front desk and politely asked one of the staff if I could please have my shoes back for a minute to step outside and check if my husband (who had gone to the car with all of our stuff while we said goodbye to our friends and the bday child) had seen the key in our things. The woman I spoke with said if I lost the key it would be $25. I repeated my request and she just hit me, again, with “$25 for a lost key”. After her parroting that at me two more times with zero empathy or any modicum of understanding, I snapped that if she wanted to be rude then ok, charge my card. Not 30 mins after arriving at home, we found the wrist key in my kid’s party bag! I called at least 5x that night to get a refund but the line continued to go to VM despite still being open. Google suggested I text. No one replied. I also called at sporadic times this week and STILL no answer. My kid had a fun time at the party, but, I can’t in good conscience return here or recommend it to parent friends after my experience. Charging a customer $25 for a lost wrist key that costs .77 cents on any internet promo site like AllPromos is unhinged. Not letting a parent have her shoes for 5 mins to go outside and look for the key is mystifyingly dumb customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. But there’s something to be said for the incredible cajones their management has to charge $25 for a .77 cent wrist key yet still run a facility that looks as rundown as theirs. And for that I’ll give it 1.

7 months agoBest place to take you kids!!!! The good thing about it they can have so much fun while you are comfy on the sofa, they also offered snacks, beverages and pizza!!!!!!!!! Is a nice place to spend some time with your kids, they have so much safety they got cameras in every inch of the place, plus only one entrance and exit there is no way you can missed any kid! Rob is always on top of everything and Connie is so sweeet and adorable she will receives everyone with a big smile! Even that my kids are terribleeee and they know they are so patient with them if they do something wrong, they always make sure you are comfortable and having a good time! 8 months agoPerfect for birthday parties! We had so many parents say their kid had such a great time. We rented the entire place and it made the party so fun for our birthday boy. Kids in Motion made it easy to book, the facility was clean/all ready for us, and the staff was friendly. It was nice to not bring much for decorations and bring in our own food as the kids spent most of the time playing. We did not do a gift opening and just let the kids enjoy playing. Plan to book again, our 5 year old and family/friends loved it!
