Kids Land

This place is a safety hazard⚠️‼️ In the 1-3 toddler section, there are metal poles sticking up from the ground that they wrapped in pool noodles(with the top exposed for a child to put their hand in). The foam mats are bulging (my child tripped over the bulge twice), and have gaps in between each other. The kitchen lights were off you couldn’t even tell it was open. When you walk in, you take your shoes off and head to the person at the desk. You write your child’s name down in their log book. There isn’t a sign displayed or an injury liability waiver you sign saying “the owners or operators of the playground are not legally liable for any injuries that occur while using the equipment”. Paying $9 for a potential trip to the hospital isn’t worth it to me. They play Caribbean music and nothing else. This is a kids place they should play kid friendly music. Pro: Unlimited playtime for $9. The play areas were clean.

This place is great as far as taking your kids to have fun. There’s a lot of space to run around and it’s nice not having to sit out in the heat. There are tables off to the side for people to sit & eat. The kids always enjoy running around here, & it’s only $11 per child, for unlimited time, so that’s an amazing price. The only reason this place gets 3 out of 5 stars today is because my mom ordered food. She ordered a wings combo & 2 large fries on the side. The wings combo was made very quickly, but they forgot the 2 sides of fries. When I asked about them, they said they’d be ready soon. Maybe ten minutes later, I was told it’d be another 10 minutes… It took them 40 minutes to begin making the fries & the lady’s reason was that she didn’t see it because the boy who took the order wrote it too small…. Absolutely ridiculous. Then to top it off, I asked the boy at the front for more napkins at some point and he literally handed me ONE. So, great place for the kids to play, but food service is definitely not their expertise.

My daughter always makes new friends & has so much fun whenever we go. There’s always good music with positive lyrics playing. The environment is kept clean as well. Don’t sleep on the pizza or, my personal favorite, the tangy chilli wings!

My husband and I booked this space for my daughters’ second birthday! The room was nice some of the chairs could have been changed but we enjoyed the birthday party! The food was good and included if you are ordering wings make sure you order more because they are good! 😀

If I could leave 0 stars I would a complete SCAM do not book ur party! Cancelled when they showed me a room with paint off the wall and tape still on the wall from previous party. Mats on the floor are lifted and the refused to give me my deposit back because I didn’t cancel days in advance how did I know the room would be in the condition they tried to provide it in…
