Kids Science Labs-South Loop

My 4 year old son LOVES KSL! He has been attending weekly classes for about 3 months now and continues to be excited for each class. The teachers are excellent and keep the kids engaged while exposing them to new concepts and vocabulary from week to week. My son enjoys the hands-on projects that he creates and takes home after each class. These also allow for great conversations on our drive home and encourage my son to continue to think critically in different settings.

We had our daughters 7th birthday party here and we were amazed at the level of service we got from the minute we booked it throughout. the people here are genuinely amazing people and went out of their way to create an organized, super fun kids science experiment birthday party. I love this place!!!

Great place for kids to learn that science is really fun. The instructors are very passionate about what they do and are really great at engaging the kids. Even kids that say they "hate" science come out of here loving it. It is so amazing how much my kids talk about what they learned/did. They really get excited about going and even more excited when I pick them up. Thanks Keith and Shegan for bringing such a great resource to Chicago.

We bought a 30-kid party package to celebrate our daughter's sixth birthday here. Pros: - Nice facility - Downtown location - Staff was really helpful before the party - Kids liked the experiments Cons: - 90 mins is not enough for a party of this size - They strictly enforce the time limits -- our guests complained about being screamed at while waiting for the elevator - They said there was going to be plenty of street parking. There wasn't. Many of our guests were late for this exact reason. After the party began, we were told that they can validate parking tickets for a few of our guests at a nearby building. Too late and almost useless anyway. Bottom line: We are not coming back. Most of our guests probably are not either.
