Kid's World (Spa World)

I recently had a birthday party here for my child. The place is very clean, the staff was very welcoming, and my guests would not stop raving about how much fun they had. Ms. Karen & Ms. Emily were great. There was another young girl working too, but I didn’t get to catch her name. She was also very nice. Our host was Ms. Emily, she was so sweet, attentive, and very friendly. Ms. Karen helped us to book the party, and showed me around before hand to have an idea of what to expect. I would 100% recommend this place over, and over again. Ps. Get the pizza for your party, it’s worth it!

2nd time here and not our last! We love the indoor train! & Emily has amazing customer service, kind, & gave us stickers when we left. This place is an amazing hidden gem! It’s in the back of the building behind a spa area for adults. Has an eating area, ball pits with slides & tunnels. A jumping area, train ride w/schedule, foam blocks, a very open lay area. Very clean. Make sure to wear/bring your socks, and take off shoes to put in their lockers :)

Staff was really nice and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained, I had to use the bathroom and changing area was a bit wobbly but everything else was fine. The train ride schedule was pretty good and fun 🤩 Not sure when next we’ll visit but we’ll sure grab some random photos. Just remember that it’s at the back of spa world, and no don’t walk unless you absolutely need to. Have fun 🤩

We celebrated our Hunter’s 4th birthday at Kid’s World @Spa World Houston. Hunter and our guests had so much fun! We had kids ages 1 year to teens…All the kiddos love the indoor playground, especially the train. The train was a huge hit! Some of the adults went upstairs to hit some golf balls at the indoor virtual golf bays. They also had some beers at the wine and beer bar and snacked at the restaurant. Spa World catered Korean dishes and pizza. Our guests love the Korean dishes, even the kiddos enjoyed it as well as the pizza. The facility was spotless. The staffs were attentive and went above and beyond for Hunter and our guests. Thank you Kid’s World at Spa World!!!

We visited this indoor playground specifically for the train, which my child absolutely loves. We even drove 50 minutes just for this feature. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. One of the scheduled train rides was supposed to be at 7:00, but by 7:02, no staff had shown up. We checked with the front desk and were told that the staff was busy with other customers checking out (though it was just a couple of families), and that someone would come to run the train as soon as possible. However, by 7:15, still no one had arrived. After checking again, we were told the next train wouldn’t be until 7:45. If that was the case, we should have been informed right away. Waiting 43 minutes is far from “as soon as possible,” especially when you have young children excited to ride. The explanation that it was because the party group had left and there were fewer kids doesn’t make sense to me, as we were told at 7:02 it would be soon. Very frustrating experience overall, especially considering the distance we traveled.
