5 months agoUpdate to below: we gave it a second chance today. Kids had a great time. Was so excited to try it upon recommendations of my friends. We planned to use it for our anniversary last night. I called ahead and asked if I was registered at oldsmar would it show in the system and wouldn't have to re-register again? The man speaking said they found me in the system and I was all good. I even said I'd pay the $40 reg fee at this location. I made the 45 minute drive there. Once we got in, the young girl at the counter was less than welcoming. She acted annoyed and like we were an inconvenience to her. She then told me I'm registered at oldsmar, not there and i would need to go to the oldsmar location. I explained the guy told me he saw me in the system when I called. She said she couldn't find me and I even tried to hand her my ID so she could check spelling. I'd have to fill in the paperwork by hand again for each kid which would take 15m which I didn't have. The whole exchange was uncomfortable. There were kids playing at the sink totally unsupervised and it just didn't seem like a good environment so we left. Our anniversary plans were ruined.

5 months agoHighly recommend avoiding this place. Booked backup childcare through them and they screwed me over saying they wouldn't accept my kids. This was during a court appearance that I had to attend. Complete idiots

a year agoOur daughter has been coming here since she was two, she is 7 now and she absolutely loves it. We are very grateful for the attention this staff provides and the level of care that they execute consistently. Our daughter had a bus incident her first day of kindergarten and the staff here has paid attention to her bus schedule since then, and actually has reached out to me a couple of times if she is not received from her school bus by a certain time to make sure everything is okay. Ms. Heather runs a tight ship at this facility and you can tell that it comes from a place of compassion. We are grateful to find a child care solution such as Kid's Park, their flexible hours have been so helpful with our work schedules, and not once has my daughter ever complained about spending time here.

a year agoKidsPark is a lifesaver for me as a stay-at-home mom with two young kids. Even my 2yo daughter (who is terrified of everyone) loves going there. We have never had any issues in the 6-ish months that we've been going there and my kids love all the activities they do. This is a great concept and they execute it well!

11 months agoWe have used this daycare for a few times in the past and my boys seemed to like it there until this past Saturday when this absolutely horrific thing happened. The moment I picked my boys up my older son told me in the car that the male teacher over there had screamed in his face and called him stupid. I asked why and he said because he cried. I honestly was in shock and asked again. My son showed with his hand how close the teacher's face was to his and repeated exactly the words the teacher said. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am posting this for other parents to be aware.
