KidStrong Vestavia Hills

Our 4 year old son & two year old daughter love KidStrong. The coaches are amazing. Classes are well planned to meet kids where they are socially and developmentally. I’m so amazed at the progress our children have made. The Vestavia Hills location is welcoming, clean, and always providing top notch service. We are so grateful our kids have this experience.

The Coaches are fantastic champions of my kids development. They genuinely enjoy what they do and have a patience that is unmatched! My kids are growing and being challenged in the best way to be better people well beyond the physical challenges but in their character and self-confidence as well. I truly can’t recommend enough!!

The coaches are all fantastic. It’s always very clean in the gym. I have seen noticeable improvement in my son’s social skills since starting classes. We love it!

I am thoroughly impressed with the KidStrong program, but I want to give special recognition to Coach Dave for his outstanding dedication to the kids. His passion for coaching is evident in every session, and his guidance provides exactly the kind of encouragement and wisdom that children need as they grow. What truly stands out is his unwavering positivity—no matter the day, Coach Dave is always engaged, firm yet patient in his corrections, and fully invested in each child’s progress. His consistency and commitment have made our experience at KidStrong exceptional, and we are incredibly grateful to have him as a coach.

Coaches really care a out our child and his needs. The staff and coaches are so nice. The program is so flexible and allows for easy rescheduling & session adjustment as needed and is open all of the holidays we need. Our son has made major strength & confidence gains with Kidstrong and we are SO proud.
