We had our company party in the King Pin private event room with four lames to ourselves. Service was absolutely stellar, food was great, and our planner Mari made everything so easy!!! We had a group over 20 and it was PERFECT. Highly recommend!! What a great way to spend time together at a bowling alley that is CLEAN, gorgeous, and seriously great professionals. We will all be back!

Hosted a work event at Kings Dining and Entertainment in Lincoln Park Chicago. Everything went smoothly from the initial booking to the service during the event. The manager on site, Jason, and assigned server, Bailey, went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

I hosted an event at Kings and from the planning meetings to the completion of the event I couldn’t be happier. Mari, the events sales manager was patient and very accommodating. The entire staff on the day of was super friendly and helpful. We ordered salad and pizza and there was more than enough food for our group of 20 people.

Love, love, love the retro vibe! So many things to do OR you can find an intimate spot for a private conversation. We had a larger group with amazing appetizers and pizza. Service was exceptional. Huge thank you to Mari for organizing our event! Will definitely keep Kings at the top of my list for an event and person fun!

I had the pleasure of visiting kings bowling alley recently, and I must say, Kelly and Layla really stood out with their exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Kelly was quick to assist with any questions we had, while Layla was attentive to all the little details, ensuring our lanes were set up properly and we had everything we needed. Both were incredibly professional, approachable, and made sure our group felt welcome the entire time. It’s rare to see such a great combination of efficiency and warmth. They truly elevated our experience, and I will definitely be back thanks to their outstanding service!
