In the heart of an excellent green Lies a playground, a magical scene. Wooden forts and bridges of rope Challenge toddlers with hearts full of hope. Logs are entwined in a complex lace, And there's one spinning log, so don't fall on your face. Beside all of this, a treehouse looks over ya, A monument to bravery -- or acrophobia. Nearby, a splash pad magically dances, Granting relief from summer's heat trances. In this playground so much joy is found, A paradise of adventures abound. And should you think walking is something you'd like, There are wonderful trails to take for a hike. And should you feel biological pressures are mounting, There's an excellent restroom, and a cool drinking fountain. Kingsbury Commons, a wondrous sight, Full of uncommon joy and delight. On the south end of Pease Park it can be found, A realm where happiness and laughter resound.
