4 months agoThis park is very well designed for families. There is a nice playground and splash pad for kids, picnic areas and a YMCA pool. Relax and contemplate nature walking around the park. There is a white line on the path that is a Mile for you to walk around. But if you prefer walking into the woods you can do it as well with trails. Frisbee Golf for players that enjoy this sport. Just sit down on the bench and relax. The dog park is spacious for small and large dogs with pet water bowls . Soccer lovers have soccer fields. I've seen groups of boys and girls in their training during the weekends. Veterans memorial and Amphitheater. Plenty of parking. You can eventually enjoy food trucks and local events. Beautiful place to go.

2 months agoReally good playground for 10 and under. There isn't much for preteens and teens to do. The walking trail is amazing and offers a whole lined path to show where to walk if you want to walk 1 mile. The track is smooth and has a healthy balance of up and down hills with straight aways. Very family friendly park including a dig park with separate sides for small vs large dogs. Wish they would provide a basketball court for older kids.

a month agoIt's very nice and well kept the local gardening club has done a wonderful job to make the place even more aesthetically pleasing and prime barbecue is right there. Get some pulled pork and then go walk it off. Cool playground lots of room for activities. Great place!

a year agoLoved it. Large area. Pavilions, plenty of picnic stations, beautiful pond, kids play area and splash park, and the white line walking/running trail was excellent! Has a very nice dog park with a gravel ground mixed with large rocks and shady trees. The dog park has a separate area for dogs under 25 lbs. Very nice!

a year agoKnightdale station park is a staple area in Knightdale. It has shelters that you can rent through the towne of Knightdale for various events. There's plenty of parking. There's open areas for play, practice, and picnics. They have public restrooms that are usually well kept. There are soccer fields with lights that are well manicured. Around the park and through the park are paved walking and jogging paths. There are picnic areas and park benches to enjoy the beautiful scenery. For the kiddos, there are playground areas and splash pads. The splash pad is not open year around, just during the summer months. The dog park is fenced in with an area for small and large dogs. New addition. Frisbee Golf baskets and courses.
