Ninja Parkour Adventure Summer Camp was awesome! My 6 year old daughter loved it. We had one day where the drop off was very difficult (I think my daughter was very tired from the previous days of ninja training) and our counselor Brenna helped us through. Thank you Brenna for being such a great leader! (Photo from after care which was also great! The kids created an elaborate fort with their new camp skills).

We booked a parkour birthday party with Kong Academy and the kids had a great time! I particularly appreciate how the things the staff are teaching the kids during the parkour lesson are not just about parkour, but life in general. i.e. thinking things through before attempting something; deciding what is safe for your body; being in control of your body; etc. Wonderful staff and easy location - will definitely keep in mind for future parties.

We had an outstanding experience with the Parkour camp at both Seward Park and the Carkeek location. Seward Park is more relaxed, while Carkeek is more structured, and we were fortunate to start in the relaxed setting before stepping it up! Our son enjoyed it so much that we adjusted our travel plans twice so he could stay for an additional two weeks. The camp’s structure is commendable, with numerous activities set up in nature that our son absolutely loved. The Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) support was exceptional, as he felt comfortable and happy even though he didn’t know anyone at the beginning. This was despite an accident he had in the lake, where his toe was bleeding. The staff kept him calm to the point where he came home saying, “Mom do not worry everyone gets injured, and no one cried there.” This was huge! He also showed more responsibility at home, doing things on his own. One of the highlights for us as parents was Curt’s parent training session on Fridays after camp. This session provided us with valuable insights and the opportunity to use the language and techniques taught during the camp at home. Curt’s guidance is truly remarkable. Overall, we are incredibly pleased with the camp and highly recommend it to other parents. We always had three Rs: Recycle, Reuse, Reduce, and now, thanks to Curt, we have a new set of 3 Rs. Responsibility, Respect and Ready to help! Hope they expand to San Francisco!

Our kids had an amazing time at Kong Academy camp at Carkeek this week.  We really wanted the kids to be outdoors, have opportunities for social and emotional development and this program delivered.  They appear to have a very organized approach so even without walls and being fully outdoor, we felt comfortable leaving the kids in their hands. While all of the staff seemed great and interactive, Sarah B. is amazing! Our kids are on the quieter side and I had expressed my concern to her. She very patiently gave me updates whenever I asked and made the overall experience better for our kids and for us as well.

Kong recently hosted our 7 year old's birthday party and it was FABULOUS. He and his classmates loved the movement, games - and so did the parents. Multiple reports of it being "the best party ever." Thank you, Kong!
