a month agoWas really looking forward to taking my grandson here since it's one of the very few places in the area. I took him for the first time last week during the morning tot time which is $13 from 9-12. He seemed to enjoy it. It just seems dusty and not very clean. Is it worth $24 for two hours any other time of day for a little one I'd say not however I took him back today. If I had gone in the restroom last week I would prob not have returned a second time today . Can't speak for the men's room but the women's restroom was disgusting. Pee and TP left in the toilets as they either don't flush or don't flush properly. I had to hold my grandson up to pee as he can't go in alone at his age and the little girls in the other restrooms next to us whose parents weren't even with them just gross. I'd never have wanted my child to sit on the toilets. I'd suggest you have your employees check your restrooms hourly and check it off they did at the very least to ensure cleanliness. Very disappointing. Would love to go back but can't say I will.

a month agoMy granddaughter loves it there and at 7pm on fridays it’s only $13 and not to busy. But they close at 8pm .So if you’re little ones are to wound up to go to bed bring them to KTR for an hour.😊

a month agoThe bathrooms are the worst ever. All the workers are on their phones or busy talking with one another. Both men's and women's bathrooms were worse than a porta potty. When I asked if someone checks the bathrooms the manager stated we clean them nightly. Might want to have someone get off their phone and clean the bathrooms every few hours. I've heard of kids contracting head lice at this place so we are finally done with KTR after this experience. 75 dollars for 2 kids and an adult is robbery with the service they provide here.

3 months agoVery fun place for kids to play but I was not happy that they wanted to charge me about $25 to get my just barely one-year old in, that I would've just been holding most of the time. Babies should be free till at least 2, like everywhere else. We ended up not going in because of this. Is a bit over priced.

a month agoNever returning here. I'm even voicing all my frustrations to parents that typically hold birthday parties here. Overpriced , safety hazards everywhere, bathrooms were on another level disgusting and the staff all look to be socializing or on phones the entire time. Now the sock rules just to drum up more money. Nice knowing you KTR.
