Kubo Play- Kids Party Place Miami

I was invited to a birthday party at Kubo in Biscayne Blvd, what a beautiful place, clean and organized. Kids had a great time. The team is amazing, very attentive and professional. Will definitely come back, my recommendation 100%

Place is great for parties for the little ones. I loved how clean it is. Kids are required to remove shoes. I’d recommend to remove socks as well to prevent accidents. Food was great. Free coffee (not just regular but cappuccinos are included too). Everyone was welcoming. Great staff. If you’re planning a birthday for your children, this is a great place to do so.

Awesome kid’s place! Super spacious so it never feels crowded. Very clean and lots of indoor playground and video games. Highly recommend for a birthday party.

These people were great until my whole family and my daughter's class got incredibly sick with the flu and requested rescheduling the party (truly force majeure, which by the way is nowhere in their contract). You can't have a party with nobody attending. Real life happens for which Kubo wants to take zero responsibility. At first we were flat out rejected for a reschedule two days before the party, then we were offered a date that didn't work and were told we can't take a premium weekend date as they're losing money. In the end we had to cancel the event with ZERO refund (we requested even a small refund). Nothing was done! Beware of the trap of this place! GREEDY company. Never again.

If you review the location, they give you free coffee so take all the reviews with a grain of salt. Very clean and well maintained. No one speaks English. There was some confusion on what food was ordered for the birthday party and they forgot some food. I think someone ran to Costco and picked up a replacement platter so the party was not foodless. Not the friendliest staff but the place is definitely clean
