Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park

My 12-year-old granddaughter loves this place. We only visited the amusement side this time, and while they have a nice selection of rides, from toddler to the thrill rides like the 140 ft drop, there were a surprising number of attractions that were closed. She has a season pass and mentioned that some had been closed for a long time. That was disappointing. I will give kudos to the staff as everyone we encountered was very friendly and outgoing and seemed to actually enjoy their job. There are plenty of places to rest in the shade and places to buy a drink. Parking is plentiful. I appreciated the senior rate of $32.95 as it was a $10 discount. If you are looking for a place to take the kids with a water feature and rides close to home, this is a nice option.

I've come here in the past for their Halloween events in costume without issue. Props and all. I've heard this establishment has been going downhill but didn't know how bad. Tonight I showed up with my brother, sister, and brother's girlfriend in costumes. On the way in there was not one complaint from staff or customers. Some people even asked to take photos. A nice gentlemen even gave us free tickets. After scanning our tickets, a bitter employee got snappy with my brother and I and she told me to take his and my props back to my truck. I didn't hesitate to comply cause I knew people like her were just gonna try to punish you more if you tried to argue, so I walked for a few minutes, put them up, then came back. Then another one of Lake Winnie's finest told me I can't wear a mask, an essential part of this costume I worked hard on. He told me that nobody over 12 could wear masks for "security reasons". What a joke. If you enjoy Halloween and want some public Halloween fun outside of just trick or treating, go somewhere other than Lake Winnie 👎

Loved it! The parade for Halloween was fun and the decorations. Had a great time with my family going through their haunted attractions and the rides. Great atmosphere for the family.

I grew up going to this park and loved it so much then, but the owners have done an AMAZING job of renovating and adding new features and rides but keeping the nostalgia! I moved away a long time ago and was pleasantly surprised when I came home for a visit! I took my daughter for the first time and she has an absolute BLAST!! The ticket prices are affordable as well! The entire family had an awesome day filled with precious memories to last a lifetime ❤️

Great little retro park with a nice sized waterpark included in the price of admission, which is a very good price. Several shaded picnic areas and you can bring your own cooler, drinks and food! Is even safe to leave everything unattended. Never had any problems with stealing on all the years we've taken the grandkids, who are both teenagers now and still enjoy going for the day. They're adding new rides but still have all the classics as well. I highly recommend it for a enjoyable family day.
