Lakeway Resort & Spa

We had an amazing gateway weekend at the resort. The pool area was amazing and very relaxing. The scenery, so beautiful. It was very convenient having a restaurant on-site. All the staff members were great. But Rabecca went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant! We enjoyed our stay very much and we will definitely be coming back!

Our recent visit was made extra special thanks to an incredible team who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. Garret, in particular, was a standout—helpful, kind, and incredibly accommodating. His wealth of knowledge and genuine attentiveness made our experience seamless, and we truly felt like VIPs throughout our time there. We also want to give a huge shoutout to Helmar, Jessa, Caryl, and James at the pool bar. Each of them was so friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed while serving with a smile. Their excellent service truly enhanced our time by the pool, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. And, of course, we can't forget Shaina at the spa. She was incredibly skilled and made our spa experience absolutely relaxing and rejuvenating. Her attention to detail and calming presence took our visit to the next level, and we left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Thanks to Garret, Helmar, Jezza, Caryl, James, and Shaina, our visit was not only memorable but also incredibly relaxing. We can’t wait to return and experience their outstanding hospitality again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service!

The rooms were really nice. We had an issue with the air staying on but other than that we were ok. The view was amazing. Front desk was amazing and accommodating. Elvis was absolutely amazing and nice. He made it a point to ask our names and remember them to greet us the rest of our stay! I'm already planning my next stay!

We had a wonderful anniversary experience. Staff is extremely welcoming. The atmosphere is welcoming and smells so clean!! Special shout out to Elvis who greeted us as we were home everytime we left the resort and came back. Highly recommend making this your stay.

We enjoyed our stay here at Lakeway Resort and Spa. My fiance and I came to get away for a couple days. Our favorite part of our experience was the Spa services. I got the scrub and my fiance got a massage. The hot stone massage was amazing and so was the scrub. Jason was fantastic. If you have kids this is a great place to come as a family with multiple pools for kids to swim in. As adults we enjoyed the stay but felt the service was a bit lacking. We were not greeted by staff when we entered the hotel and the staff was not very pleasant as we checked in. Staff at the restaurant however, were very nice and attentive. There wasn’t enough staff around the pool area to pick up after guests so the area remained crowded with dirty dishes and towels on the chairs. It would have been nice to have someone coming around to get drink or food orders as well. The food was decent but a bit overpriced for the quality and quantity. Overall our stay was nice.
