Launch Family Entertainment Park Woburn

Place was not crowded but they only kept a few lights on, which felt a bit creepy in certain areas, kids were scared to explore. Also quite expensive for 1.5hr compared to other places.

Had my daughter’s birthday party there. I loved the atmosphere and my assigned event manager (she is rated a 5 star for us!). Only issue I have is the food choice: the kids didn’t care for the pizza so I wish we could have offered them a better alternative but unfortunately the place doesn’t allow it.

Came here on a school vacation week day. It was busy but not packed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Chicken nuggets were actually whole pieces of white meat chicken and tasted good. The VR, Laser tag and Arena are separate, all other areas (trampoline, dodgeball, obstacle course) are all open. They have color coded bracelets for when times are busy so people take turns. My niece still almost took out or was taken out by smaller kids not paying attention. Separate area for parties

What is a parent's worst nightmare? Having 16 positive RSVPs, cupcakes ready, and everyone showing up in 15 min only to realize Mom (it is me!) booked the wrong month for the birthday party. I mean, imagine: we are literally at Launch Woburn saying "we are here for the party" and there is no party booked. But! The amazing staff here, especially Morgan, stayed calm and collected and accommodated us. Morgan was truly amazing, switching some things around to make it all possible. Our daughter never even knew this was almost a disaster, and everyone had a fabulous time. I will be forever loyal to this place, and even aside this incident we have been dozens of times and every staff member is patient and kind with parents and kids. What an amazing place, super well run and positive people. Thank you!!!!!!!

We hosted our son's 5th birthday here. The kids had a blast and burned off A LOT of energy. They have nice event rooms upstairs for parties and Their pizza is surprisingly VERY Tasty. Our Launch host Morgan went above and beyond to make sure our party went smoothly. Thank you Morgan & Launch staff!
