a month agoI had my daughter’s birthday party here on Sunday 1/12 from 12-2:30. There were a lot of kids that they needed to accomodate but they did so easily. I booked my party with Julian and she was amazing to deal with/always responsive and super helpful. My party host that day was Sean and he could not have been more accommodating and was a pleasure to deal with. They both made this a wonderful experience and my daughter and all her friends had the best time 🥳

a month agoThe young woman named Jilian was in charge of our celebration. She was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and sweet. I would definitely come back again due to the amazing experience.

a month agoWent to a bday party here. The kids were stoked. They had different options for the party location (individual room or balcony area). The party concierge ran things well and was friendly and accommodating to all. They have a lot of trampoline beds of different sizes for jumping, a dodgeball zone, and an American Ninja Warrior-like obstacle course that is best for the older kids (teens) and adults. They also have some arcade games, but those were not as extensive as those you would find at Dave & Buster's, so definitely think about which experience (games or trampolines) is most important if you are hosting an event there. Note that there are no arcade prizes as you will find at D&B or Laser Bounce in Queens. All things considered, it was a fun time for the kids, and parking is available on site.🙂👍

5 months agoMy firts time here with my kids was amazing!!! but, the third time I visited this place I was terrified, a person almost knocked down my little daughter while we were in the toddler area, everyone was jumping around without control without caring or respecting the area of the little ones while the staff only talked to each other very entertained without paying attention or order. I was also able to feel parts without protection while walking, the hard metal felt very dangerous and unsafe for someone who falls on this surface, the first two times here I really liked but, the third time I was disappointed.
