Launch Family Entertainment Warwick

I had my son’s 12th birthday party here over the weekend. When we booked our package, I booked the “NEW” champions room— keep this in mind for later! When our host brought us to our party room I actually could go believe my eyes. While I know this is a place for children, and wear and tear is to be expected, this was not normal wear and tear. This was pure filth and negligence. There were 2 light bulbs out, which I had to request be fixed considering the room was EXTREMELY dark. There was food on the floor. Left over tape from what seemed to be from multiple parties prior. Liquid spillage on the walls. Chipped paint everywhere or wallpaper? Not sure what it is. The tables tipped forward when guests sat on them. The room looked as though it had not been cleaned in MONTHS. It was disgusting. Our host was lovely, and apologized over and over after I expressed how upset I was that we were thrown into this complete dump. The room, which was advertised as NEW, was far from it. After all was said and done we spent $800+ on hosting an event here. One would think the space would be clean, and well lit, that is bare minimum. If you are thinking of having a birthday here, I would highly suggest going elsewhere. The amount of money you pay is absolutely insane for what you are given. I did send an email to management and did not hear back. Don’t waste your time, or money!

Grace and the other new team member that made our son’s party a success, were amazing!!! Our boys and the friends that joined us to celebrate the birthday boy, all had an amazing time! So happy we were able to celebrate with assistance from launch staff. I love the private party rooms upstairs and the activities that come with the packages. We will be coming back next year if our son wants his party here again. Pizza was actually really good, usually at places where there are games/arcades, the food isn’t the greatest but I know my family and I loved it! They do allow outside cake and or cupcakes and we got ours from Antonio’s in Warwick and it was perfect! If you’re looking for a place to celebrate your kids birthday and you need help like I do, this is the place for you! Tonya was so helpful when trying to schedule the party and gave me a timeline of events which really helped me be mentally prepared.

We really have had a great time at launch Warwick Ri! We have older kids so we were able to let them bounce and we got to have a pizza and very good espresso martini! Shawnie is so friendly and fabulous at her job! We’ll be back with the kids soon!

Our host was Lola. She was very sweet, personable and attentive. There were some mishaps, which are expected in such a big and busy place. However, the staff did quickly address and compensate for them.

We came to launch for a birthday party for our 9 year old. Our server Janet was very nice and helped us sign up for the rewards program. She was very friendly and courteous. We will be back for another great time.
