💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Book birthday parties here, as staff manage the entire event.
- →If your child is nervous about starting, engage with staff; they are noted for their ability to comfort and encourage young children.
- →For children under 5, this gym appears to be a good option for initial exposure to gymnastics.
- →If your child is over 5 and you are seeking structured, skill-focused gymnastics training with certified coaches, thoroughly research class curriculums, teacher qualifications, and safety protocols before committing, or consider alternative gyms.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Significant lack of structure and skill progression in gymnastics training for children over 5-6 years old.
- ⚠Classes are reportedly 'way too big,' leading to insufficient individual attention.
- ⚠Teachers for older classes are described as high schoolers who are perceived as unsafe, distracted (talking amongst peers), and not adequately training kids in tumbling.
- ⚠Safety concerns raised about teaching methods for advanced skills (e.g., cartwheels and back handsprings taught in the same class without proper progression).
- ⚠High cost ($25/class) is considered poor value for older children's classes due to lack of structure and quality.
Price & Value
Classes cost $25 per session. For children over 5-6 seeking structured training, this price is considered high and poor value by one reviewer, who found alternatives for 'half the price' offering better structure and safety. The value proposition appears stronger for younger children or for comprehensive birthday party services.
♿Accessibility & Special Needs
- •No specific accommodations mentioned in reviews.
🍎Food & Drink Policy
- •For birthday parties, staff 'serve,' implying food is handled by staff, either provided by the venue or parents with staff assistance. No general policy for classes mentioned.
🚗Parking Info
- •No specific details mentioned in reviews.
👥Crowd Levels
- •Tumbling classes for older children are described as 'way too big,' suggesting potential crowding during these specific class times.
🛡️Safety Features
- •Significant safety concerns raised regarding teaching methods and unqualified (high school) instructors for older children's tumbling classes, particularly concerning lack of proper skill breakdown.
- •Staff's ability to comfort anxious children suggests a caring approach to emotional well-being.
⏰When to Avoid
- • If your child is over 5-6 years old and you prioritize safe, structured, and progressive gymnastics skill development (e.g., learning a cartwheel over months).
- • If you are concerned about large class sizes and potential for less individual attention.
- • If you expect highly qualified, adult coaches for tumbling classes for older children.

2 years agoA few years back I would have given leaps n bounders beyond 5 stars. But it just isn’t what it use to be. This place is still great for any child under 5 but beyond that they just don’t have the structure for actually training kids in gymnastics. My 6 year old has been attending since she was 2, and recently she was in a tumbling class here. Her teachers were high schools. The way they were “teaching” was scary and not safe and the classes are way too big. For $25 a class I would expect much more structure and skill. She didn’t even learn how to do a cart wheel while being in the class for months. The are teaching kids how to do cart wheels and back hand springs all in the same class, instead of teaching skill by skill and building on it. The teachers clearly are more interested in talking amongst their peers and treat the younger ones as if they already know what they’re doing. The place has gone down hill since coach pat left. Children should really not be teaching other children how to tumble. It’s not safe. We found a way more structured gym for half the price and they have classes that actually break down each skill and are safe about it.

4 years agoMy daughter has been a student here for over 4 years. She feels at home here and is thrilled to run through the doors. Every teacher we’ve had has been amazing. It’s so great to see her progress! We’ve been to holiday functions and also had her birthday party here. Couldn’t be happier to bring our girl here every week!

2 years agoMy girlfriend’s 5 year old has been asking to do gymnastics since she was 3… thought it was just one of those things kids ask for… finally got her in there with a lil hesitation on her behalf, until the teacher took her in holding hands! The teachers are awesome (Ms. Ashley & Ms. Jackie) and she begs to go everyday now, yet once a week!!! Great place for any level child!!!
