3 years agoPeople were super helpful and it was a fun place that my son loved! Definitely will be back to use the batting cages for him to practice.

3 years agoDefinitely a nice place to visit if you are interested in a night of fun! I have been roller skating for about 22 years and I have started to frequent Zone One for the Adult Skate night on Sundays and the Lady's night on Thursday's. The roller rink is very lively and youthful! The staff and security are all pleasant. There is a bar/snack area if you want to eat and have a drink while you are there. The sound system is great, but on occasion there are technical difficulties that make the music stop completely. Most of the time the floor is wonderful and super smooth; great for any spinning or transitions that you want to do. However, the floor is very rippled and bumpy sometimes which raises some safety concerns as I have seen people fall because of it. This really brings the overall rating down for me.

2 years agoI was highly disappointed with this establishment. I expected to get a great experience for my twins birthday party. I decided on this place due to convenience of location and the photos that showed a variety of things to do for children of all ages. I definitely feel I over paid for my party package. The cost shouldn't have been no where near $400+ but closer to $200 MAYBE. The place was dirty, despite seeing someone pretending to mop the floor for 45minutes. The food was from little ceasar, despite you're paying $15 for pizza that cost $5. Plus you're not allowed to bring your own food... SERIOUSLY?!?! Oh wait just cake, but they don't provide utensils to use. The arcade area was completely broke down with cards that were useless. The jungle gym area was a mess. Not enough staff to supervise or ask do we need anything. My patrons and I had to continue to ask for things such as refills and normal party favors/condiments for our event. So hot... you could not breathe in the whole facility. The private birthday room was small, stale chicken wings near the drapings on the floor. Bathrooms were also nasty. After about an hour into the gathering I decided to stay and get some of my money's worth. All and all definitely needs improvements all around. Or just fix the website because the pictures are very deceiving. Better for Adults, oh and not enough sizes for kid skates.

2 years agoMy friends and I went here a couple weeks ago to celebrate a birthday. Workers were really friendly and the music was great. Great price too considering you pay for the ticket and skates together. I would recommend hanging out here for a good time.

4 years agoHorrible place!! The bartenders are ghetto. She took my money and never served me the drinks I bought. So much for a “Grand opening”. Unfortunately, I’m unable to reply so I have edit my review. If you looked over your cameras you would see that your “bartender” was rude from the get go. Others noticed it as well. She kept avoiding serving my friends and I. She finally took my order, my money ($40) and walked off. She started serving other people but never came back over with my drinks. I kept waving my hand for her to notice me. She would look at me with a smile on her face and proceeded to take others orders. Someone I was with even asked if I knew her. Another bartender came over and apologized on the behalf of how the other “bartender” was acting. She served me one shot before a guy came up to me and walked me to the front to tell me I had to leave because the bartender told him I had to. He told me that I had to throw my shot back before leaving. None of my money was refunded so I basically paid $40 for a shot that I most definitely walked out with. We came there to see the new place but what does it matter if the customer service sucks? Good luck to you and the reopening of your establishment.
