Lifetime Store - Salt Lake City

What a fantastic experience buying from these guys! The customer service at the store was fantastic. They have a lot of sheds on display for you to choose from. It was really helpful to be able to walk inside see what the measurements look like in real life, and experience the sheds in person before purchase. They did a great job setting things up too. They were so fast! Our shed was up in 1 hour flat! We did a really good job of trying to level out our land before they came, but they made sure that everything was just right and level before they left too. They had a whole team come to build our shed on site. I totally recommend buying from them, and this location specifically did fantastic job. I also love their guarantees, not about the products, but installation as well.

We just bought a bunch of tables, chairs and 2seat lockers. We were welcome warmly by store staff and received excellent service.

i bought 3 tables and not made like they use to be. in the florida heat the tables get soft. what that means is made with recycled plastic. the tables are made in china and china will use lower quality products to make items and when they do that its lighter to ship. this has made lifetime products junk and low quality. if u have a party outside the table wont last a lifetime . my tables came from bjs wholesale . i called support she said yes there made in china but screwed together in usa .

I have been a loyal customer for several years and will continue to be. They are friendly, helpful, and stand behind their products. I just took my son's kayak in due to a crack and they replaced it with a new one. No problems. 5 stars from me & my family!
