A Booze
3 months agoWe attended a birthday party. The lady who was in charge of the party was fantastic! She was very friendly and personable, helpful, and made the party run very smoothly. The rooms were adorable and the children had a great time. However, the play area would benefit from a deep cleaning. The room's floors were not very clean and were especially dirty around the edges. The outside of some of the play areas were dusty. A lot of the play items need replaced as they appear worn. For example, the fireman dress up shirt was tattered. The bathroom needs a refresh as well. Overall, it's a wonderful place for a young child's birthday party and the staff is top notch. Some minor updates would make the play area even better.

2 months agoWe had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here and it was awesome!! The process of booking was easy, what was expected of me was clear, and, most importantly, the kids had a blast! I wish I could remember the hostess’s name…Beth, maybe?….,but she was wonderful!! We were there 2/22/25 so if you see this…Thank You!! Definitely recommend!

3 years agoFirst time with my kids, ages 2 and 4 (almost 5). It's not big, and when we went on a hot, sunny summer day it was not crowded at all. A few other kids came in at different points. It's a smallish place, but lots to do. I initially thought my kids would get bored after awhile but they definitely did not! The play area are very detailed, including pretend make up, lots of dress up clothes, tools, groceries, cats and baskets, etc. I was served a pizza with lots of customizable toppings and coffee from the cafe, complete with chocolate dessert, and was then treated to a hairstyle and makeover in the salon. Both my kids had a fantastic time, we stayed for about 3 hours but could have been there even more, and brought a lunch with us as they have a little cafe area for food. Lots of lunch places in the same shopping center, though, like Panera and a sub shop next door, pizza, etc. It was relaxing for me as the kids were happy playing together! I had to bend down to enter the play buildings but could stand up inside them. For the cost ($12 for one child, $8 for the second child) it seems like a lot, but I could definitely have let my kids stay way longer and it was a really easy time for me.

3 years agoHad the most amazing time. A great place for a kids imagination to last for hours. The woman behind the desk was very sweet for our first trip. Also love all the Melissa and Doug toys for sale. We will definitely be back.

a year agoI’ve taken my kids here for play dates multiple times, and always had a great experience. Hence the two stars. However, when I booked the place for my daughter’s birthday party, we expected to still have great customer service, and it did not go that way. Everything felt very rushed, and even towards the end of my daughters birthday party as I’m getting my Childrens jackets on the hostess mentioned that she had a party to be at and we had to go quickly. There were many small children there and obviously parents understand the lengthy time process it takes to get them going so it was very disrespectful. Even a couple of my guests that came to the party mentioned how disrespectful it was. So we will not be booking there again. I really expected a better outcome, especially given the fact that it cost over $500.
