Lots of very well marked and clean trails! The amount of trails means you can take and distance hike you want, from a short 20 minute walk to over an hour. Terrain is mostly easy, apart from an occasional tree root. Can be hilly at times but the incline is not too steep. I definitely recommend this park and am looking forward to coming back in the summer

Decided to go here for a walk! Absolutely loved it, but definitely should have worn hiking shoes instead of sneakers. It's along a marsh, so a fair amount of the trails are a little boggy, and fairly wet. In the summer I can imagine the bugs may be out in force.

First time here with two girls from my local hiking group and we had a wonderful day and look forward to going back to tackle the green trail.

I am here on a short stay but didn’t want to miss out on my daily walk. Yesterday, it was drizzling. At 7:30 am, the park was deserted. I like long purposeless hikes. And this one was exactly that. The hike offers gentle climbs on clearly marked trails that lead to a marsh. The forest is dense, and the birds and deer go about their business quietly. I took a full walk around the Marsh without realising that the trail wasn’t a loop. I ended up on the highway. It was everything I wanted. Would recommend it to all nature lovers.

Many intercecting trails that run high up on the ridge and low near the waters edge under a tall tree canopy. We hiked in March and it was muddy in places but manageable. Many dogs and children were on these trails. We saw signs of beaver and few woodpeckers. Warning, the trail colors on the entrance map do not always match the trail colored markers. Several couples were frustrated by this unfortunate situation. Plenty of parking but it was full today.
