Main Event Grand Prairie

Sat. 03/08/2025- We went to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was our first time at this location. They have plenty of video games, a zipline, escape room, bowling, and bar area. They were extremely busy today. We had a good time with friends. We had the pizza 🍕, burger and fries 🍟 🍔. The hostess was on point and did a great job. 👍

UPDATE:Main Event was Awesome when I reached out to them. The management addressed the issue with the staff and took care of it. We will give it another try… hopefully they earned a 5 star. The management sure did. Absolutely horrible food and service.. soggy tacos, waitress kept going back to check if they have stuff available went back 4 times once to check if they have meat for hamburgers. Never came to check once on the table.. I had to get up and ask for silver ware (got plastic fork and spoons) waitress was in her phone.. got up again to ask for the bill… won’t go back again $70 wasted… would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was there for my nephew's birthday party. Great atmosphere for kids to adults to have fun for hours, video games, bowling, laser tag, plus much more. Staff seems to be great. A special shout out to Andrew. I was sitting separately from my family watching the NBA play offs, and asked if I needed anything. Was not expecting that kind of service. End up ordering some finger food with a drink. Great service.

We had fun bowling on a Sunday evening kinda last minute. It was very busy but the staff seemed to be trying to keep up. It was loud and the food was decent. The bathrooms needed attention! :(

Wow!!! Thank you, Main Event and staff, for a wonderful experience. Big shout out to the sales staff for making our visit a memorable one. Jasiyah helped with everything and never hesitated when I asked for help. Meghan, our waitress was on point and made sure everyone was good. THANK YOU.
