Amazing concept, Exceptional amount of activities for everyone to enjoy. It’s attached to a mall for an added bonus to those who enjoy shopping. There were a lot of businesses closed in the mall. This company offers an all day access pass for $40pp. Would be wonderful if they had staff all day to accommodate you. There were 4 attractions that did not have staff available due to them being understaffed. That’s very disappointing. The golf is one of the most beautiful golf courses I have ever been to. The bowling alley inside is a nice addition. All in all it’s a great concept with endless opportunities to have fun they just need to have enough staff there to accommodate. Especially driving a few hours to get to the facility. The staff we did encounter was nice and helpful. Laser tag is every 30 minutes they have a waitlist you can be put on. The kids enjoyed the laser tag and the go karts go fast. They have a lot you can do here. I would recommend only if they are fully staffed from open to close.

I used to really enjoy bringing my kids here, but lately, it seems like the toddler and jump areas aren’t being thoroughly cleaned. Since small children play there, the equipment should be regularly sanitized. There’s a $10 fee to enter, which would feel more worthwhile if the area were properly vacuumed, dusted, and maintained. I hope management considers hiring night staff for cleaning. Also, several of the games are out of order and could use some repairs. We do like the place it just needs a little attention and care.

Before I start, I will say that the negative experience we had was reconciled with management in the right way. But I’m still going to point it out because it was our one & only experience of this place so I’m not sure if it’s the norm or not. This is a fun place and has the potential for a fantastic day with friends/family. Unfortunately, we were limited on what could be experienced because over half of the rides were shut down and over half of the games didn’t work due to a “glitch in the system” at customer service. We chose this place to come from out of town to meet friends who also traveled from out of town so we were bummed & felt our time was kind of wasted, esp for being the middle of a weekend day. We were unable to do go-karts or bumper cars because they were shut down. The bar was closed for the day and we were told we were limited on what we could get from the food/drink area. Our kids played games but when we went to redeem our tickets, the system said we didn’t have any. Again, very sad kiddos for a fun day at the arcade. We all had a blast during laser tag but we were told we had to wait 30min before we could play? It made no sense since there were only a handful of people in the whole place while we were there and no one went in or out of the laser complex while we waited. Overall, we’d try it again but for what you pay, I expect everything to be up & running correctly.

The Malibu Jack Lafayette team was absolutely incredible. They helped every step of the way making my son’s birthday the best experience possible. We can’t wait to make a tradition of this! Thank you MJ team we appreciate you!!

Family members from different parts of Indiana came to have a Christmas party event. It was a hit for all ages! The Holiday package with meal and 4 hours of unlimited play time was perfect for our group.
