4 months agoVery happy with their service. It is always clean and workout equipment is always working. Everyone is very friendly. This gym has a family environment that caters to all ages. It even has scholarships for membership if you are a low income family. I have been a member since January of 2024 and I am so pleased that I renewed my membership today!

3 weeks agoThis place has very good equipment. I havent been to golds gym in awhile but from what I remember the machines and setup is better. They also have a library and have some good books. Good location too with Ginza right across the street.

a month agoThis place has truly been a God sent blessing! It's hard as a working mother to find time to keep fit and healthy, but here my kids are able to have fun/play while I exercise, which ultimately helps me to be a better mother, wife , and over all human being. Not to mention I also get to make new friends, cam sign the kids up for extracurricular activities, and get a motivational scripture from the inspirational bowl on our way out!!! Thank you all for making this not only a gym but also a community.
