Merriman Park Playground

Really sweet playground space. Well shaded and much of it is fenced in (though not all). There is a basketball court separated by fence. The best part is the playground itself! There are atypical climbing structures that make for lots of fun and adventure and make the playground a good place for older kids (with a section for younger kids too!). There are benches in the shade and a picnic table nearby. No restrooms, although there is a coffee shop nearby. There's parking on the street and behind a business nextdoor.

Beautiful playground on the outskirts of the city. Very limited parking.

Dangerous "adult" playground. Chain cobweb has holes big enough for a large adult to fall through with metal steps underneath. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Very slippery when dewy and all around disappointing.

Atypical playground equipment that really kept littles engaged. Open grassy area, picnic tables, benches and basketball court as well. Partially fenced which is nice if you have a runner like mine.. kids LOVED it and can't wait to go again
