a month agoWe have had a fabulous experience with MiniHops. Starting in their preschool programs, then in progressive rec, and now team. I attribute much of our daughter’s confidence to the lessons learned from her coaches. They are great about helping kids grow stronger physically, but also mentally. The only challenge we’ve ever experienced was functionally getting registered when we were trying to get into the rec program. I perceive they are trying to improve their systems in that regard.

3 months agoI’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at Mini-Hops Gymnastics, particularly from the front desk manager Anne. A week ago, my husband visited the facility for the first time with our daughter and needed to take her to the restroom. He called and asked me if they had a restroom for him to take our 3 year old daughter to, I stated I was unaware and maybe one of her female coaches could take her. I also told him he should check with front desk and as for assistance. Instead of receiving assistance or understanding, he was treated very rudely by Anne. This behavior was uncalled for and left a terrible impression. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. The manager has consistently displayed a rude attitude, which is unacceptable, especially toward paying customers. I called the establishment and asked Anne to speak with another manager. She then stated I could just tell her why I was calling I stated to make a complaint about you. Needless to say no one ever called me back. We chose Mini-Hops Gymnastics because we wanted a positive and supportive environment for our child, but the lack of courtesy from the front desk is deeply disappointing. Customer service is a vital part of any business, and as paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect. I urge management to address this issue and prioritize better treatment of families. Until this improves, I cannot recommend Mini-Hops Gymnastics to others.

4 months agoI’ve been going here close to 2 years and have always been satisfied. All the coaches are phenomenal and cheerful. They always take the time to chat to the parent after each class about how your child has been doing in class. Mini Hops is the best of the best that there is in this State!! Go here!

3 months agoI would recommend Mini Hops to any parent in the Twin Cities area. The coaches/staff are empathetic and patient with my kids even on their worst days. We also noticed the gym is very diverse and inclusive which is important to our family.

4 months agoMy 3 year old loves this place and we love the teachers here. Unfortunately the way their system works is you can only do one makeup class a month and holidays are built in as well( meaning they still charge you even though there are no classes) seems kind of unfair. My daughter has been sick 3 times in 2 months time period. Between those times there was a Thanksgiving holiday and no classes those few days. I was only able to shedule one makeup class because she was sick for 2 weeks in a row. To my calculations 75$ went to classes we didn't go to. No refunds were provided and we still had to pay for the classes that were not scheduled due to Thanksgiving. If you're a parent that is not super budget friendly it's very frustrating and as unfair way to do business. Do better. I'm very sure that I'm not the only one that feels this is inappropriate to charge for services not provided....
