Mission Laser RVA

Loved having our son’s birthday party at Mission Laser! It was so easy and their flexibility on final headcount helped a lot with making sure everyone had a spot but also not having to pay for the no shows. Pizza was great and loved the donut cake recommendation!! Will definitely be back for future parties!!! Zero setup needed on my end, and staff were super attentive and managed the little kid energy so well.

We always have a great time at Mission Laser, our kids ask to go all the time! This year my 7 year old asked to have his birthday party there. Booking online was super easy. They were very communicative and flexible with the headcount and food order, which made the entire process from start to finish a breeze. Our party was very excited and rowdy, and they handled it wonderfully! Most importantly our birthday boy loved it and his guests had an amazing time!

My overall rating is 4.5 Stars, but I can’t give half stars here. I will say that everything was as described and the host was attentive and handled everything well. The reason it’s 4.5 stars instead of 5 is because of a couple of minor gripes. In full disclose: I ordered the private laser tag birthday pack to ensure that only my party would be in the games. The party room is serviceable but if you’re at the full 29 person capacity it will be cramped. It felt cramped and we weren’t at capacity. Also, you only get 2-10 min games, and I believe for the price you should either get longer games or more games(maybe 3 instead of 2?) Another suggestion I would make is allowing outside food even if you charged a nominal fee. Since y’all order from outside vendors I don’t see the issue. Overall, everyone was nice and the kids enjoyed themselves.

We had a party package with Mission Laser for my son's 11th birthday party. The staff were clearly passionate about doing laser tag and shared their excitement with my son. Our party guests said they had a great time and want to come back and were all given a pass for a free game to return.

Everything was absolutely fabulous!! The guys who helped us that evening were beyond phenomenal!! They were kind and fun, really helpful with all of the kids and really helped pull the event off without a hitch! This will definitely be an annual event! Thank you so much!
