2 months agoWe love the Polaris location but decided to give this one a try today. My kids loved the bright colors and the larger slides. The infant area is also much larger than the other location. The entire place is very dirty unfortunately. There is a thick layer of gray dust on top of all of the play structures and the sliver slide. The first large play structure near the entrance is broken and out of order. Many play areas are missing chunks of foam and have been damaged and not repaired. There was a movable crack in the sliver slide as well. All of the play tunnels at every dark and poorly lit. It seems scary and like a safety hazard.

in the last weekWe took my twin boys there for their 1st Birthday. The good things that hey have is a big infant area that they can play in. But bigger kids kept running in and almost ran over one of them due to not paying attention. Also I noticed a lot of dust and dirt everywhere and the people working there sitting behind the desk and not making sure that kids and parents are following their rules. The bathroom also needed cleaned due to the trash was over filling and there was a diaper on the floor. The other thing is the bikes, if they were in there own area then that is fine but kids are riding around on them and people have no shoes on and someone is going to get hurt.

3 weeks agoGrandson age 5 loved it. Granddaughter age 3 got scared when could nit find her way thru the higher tunnel and difficult for ger to get up the one cone shaped one. Also difficult for me to help her get up thru the plastic slats because openings too small for adult to help little ones on that particular area. She loved the kitchen area thou.

2 weeks agoThe playground is awesome for kids! My toodler loved it! And my baby had fun in the infant zone. They have a lot of fun things for kids like the small zip line ride, the trampoline section, etc. But the reason they get 3 stars instead of 5 is because they don't allow the parents up on the play structure with their kids or in the ball pit either. I like to play with my kids and my toodler was upset I could not climb up with him or play in the ball pit. Other indoor kid play areas allow parents to climb and go into the playground with there kids and experience it with them like Kids Empire does and so does Kid Escape.

3 months agoWhen we first started visiting this place it was a wonderland and we absolutely loved it, so much that we got the summer membership and then the full year membership. Unfortunately the place has gone downhill considerably. There are major repairs that need to happen that have been broken for several months and have yet to be fixed. One portion of it is blocked off with netting but of course the kids have gotten in and my daughter got stuck. I had to climb in and get her out. One of the slides has a crack in it and it has not been fixed. The place is generally Dusty and a lot of the padding is starting to rip off. My daughter loves this place but we don't think we will be able to renew our membership in good conscience because it is becoming a safety hazard.
