the place was great, my kids had a blast! we only used the bounce house we did not do the arcade but it’s pretty cool that they had there own room for the arcade & the bouncy houses have so much space for the kids to run around. It’s not a bad price for what you get & unlimited jumping we were there for hours! Definitely recommend!

The price is very reasonable, and I love the fact that there is no time limit to play. but I think even with that price the place could use a lot of improvement. The bouncy houses (with one exception) are ancient and dirty- looking. They work fine, but need a serious upgrade. Some of the arcade machines don’t work and the ones that do, are also super old with outdated games and low quality. The bathroom was clean, but it also needs some repair and at least one extra soap dispenser! The guy who let us in was making a personal call throughout the process, which was very strange. I personally don’t think I will go back there and can’t really recommend it only on the basis of how dirty the bouncy houses look.

ANOTHER GREAT TIME AT MONKEY JOES WESTHEIMER! Took the kiddos for another day of play at this location. I must say that I was so impressed. Waldo, in particular really knows how to do EXCELLENT customer service! He should definitely be a trainer, as not everyone who works there has the concept of customer service. I recently visited Monkey Joe's with my three-year-old son, who has severe asthma. We were excited for a fun day of play on the trampolines. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when the employees began washing the trampolines with a strong-smelling Clorox solution. Not only did the smell pose a concern, but the trampolines became wet with water and Clorox while the kids were still playing!!! My son's clothes got soaked, and his shirt was ruined. As a parent, I was alarmed and immediately approached the employees to express my concerns. To my surprise, they insisted that it was their policy to clean the trampolines while kids were playing to eliminate germs. I explained how the situation could be harmful to him and other children. Unfortunately, they dismissed my concerns, stating it was their standard procedure.!! which I never saw a place doing that before. I find it unacceptable that paying customers and their children are not allowed to enjoy the facility without risking their health. It's unreasonable to expect kids to wait until the trampolines dry completely after cleaning. The staff even tried to blame my child for playing on the wet surface. I have attached pictures showing how my son's clothes were drenched with water and Clorox. This experience was not only disappointing but also potentially hazardous to children, especially those with health conditions. I hope Monkey Joe's reconsiders its cleaning policy to prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all visitors.

Mon.-Thurs. $9 per child Fri-Sun $12 per child Under 2 $5.99 -ALL CHILDREN MUST WEAR SOCKS- I wasn't expecting it to be so BIG! They had 7 bouncy houses, a big playplace, plenty of tables to sit at, and even arcades! We did not try the food or use the restrooms so we don't have any opinions on that. What I can say about the staff is that almost every time an arcade game was used, they came became behind and would spray lysol and wipe handles, steering wheels, etc off so they did keep alot of the games clean(: and I did remember a manager lady walking around picking up shoes that were on the floor and placing them in shoe slots. They make announcements throughout the day,basic things like don't let your children use the restroom on their own, pick up after your children, make sure they are wearing their wristbands and socks. Overall we had an amazing time. Staff was super friendly.
