Great place for kids to burn off energy! The inflatables are a blast, the staff is friendly, and everything was clean. My kids had so much fun, and the arcade games were a nice bonus. Sam & Allie were amazing! Definitely coming back!

Monkey Joe’s in Winter Park is a nice place for kids to burn off energy and celebrate birthdays. While the space isn’t very large, it still offers a fun atmosphere with plenty of inflatables for jumping and playing. Some of the inflatables show signs of wear and could use better maintenance, but the kids don’t seem to mind—they still have a blast running around. The staff is generally helpful, and the birthday party setup is convenient for parents. It’s a good spot for a casual celebration, though a little upkeep on the play areas would make the experience even better.

We recently hosted our daughters birthday party at Monkey Joe’s, & I was very impressed with how smoothly everything ran. Sam, the manager, was professional, attentive, & made sure everything was handled efficiently. From the moment we arrived, Sam checked in to ensure we had everything we needed & that the party was running on schedule. The staff was well-coordinated, the facility was clean, & the kids had a fantastic time. I appreciated Sam’s leadership in making sure everything—from the party room setup to the food service—went off without a hitch. It’s clear that they take customer satisfaction seriously, & it made the experience stress-free for us as parents. I highly recommend Monkey Joe’s for birthday parties, & a big thanks to Sam for making it such an easy & enjoyable event!

I took my child to this indoor playground, and I was shocked by the level of cleanliness. The play area, carpet, game machines everything was filthy. There was visible trash, dust, and debris everywhere. Such poor maintenance in a place meant for children is unacceptable and poses serious health and safety risks. I urge other parents who visit this place to speak up and report these unsanitary conditions to ensure the safety of our children. We deserve clean, safe environments for our kids to play in. I will also be reporting this to the local health department and encourage others to do the same so that the management is held accountable. Until they address these issues, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

This is a great place for younger kids to run, walk, play, jump, etc. I think as soon your child is able to walk this would be a great place for them. The entire amusement center has enough options for the kids to pick from. The center is big enough for them to really enjoy themselves, but not big enough to really worry if you lose track of your child. Cleanliness could’ve been a bit better, but overall I have no complaints the staff was really nice and happy to help when needed.
