3 weeks agoWhat a wonderful new museum! How exciting it is to see actual work done that has gone and will go into outer space and the moon, right in the heart of Pittsburgh! The museum is informative, interactive, and fun for all ages! The people who work there are very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing this new and exciting endeavor of returning to the moon! Check it out! It's just the right amount of time at just the right cost, too!

3 weeks agoSmall but mighty museum with passionate employees ready and able to answer any questions. We saw Griffin 1 halfway through completion. It’s a real lunar lander that will reach the moon at the end of 2025. This museum is a great complement to a day at the Carnegie just a few blocks away. 1 hour is enough to see and do everything here.

9 months agoWonderfully done in an interactive format that's engaging for kids. Adults learn too. Get to watch the making of a future moon lander and learn of Pittsburgh's role. Not a large museum, but very interesting. I would recommend going.

a year agoGreat hidden gem on the Northside! Very cool to see a Landrover in progress. So much great information packed into one small, but growing museum. Very affordable and short activity for families. Parking in their lot on weekends, you do have to find other parking on weekdays, but it's in a very walkable area. Staff is very friendly and full of information! Attached to the Astrobotic building.
