This is a great place to buy outdoor equipment! They held a kayak for my wife she had been looking for and even honored the online price. Super helpful too, my BIL also bought a kayak after they brought about 7 different models from the back and not a single complaint. Highly recommend!

Ordered snowboard boots after searching through countless websites and I'm glad I came across Mountain Sports. Not only were they on sale, but I could stack their welcome discount and I was able to purchase some socks as well. Very fast shipping and received everything in under a week! Just wanted to share a really positive experience I had with the MS team...I bought 2 ski boots as I am a large size and I don't live nearby, so I was going to try them at home and return the one that didn't work. I did just that, and the team sent me a return label, but I got an unexpectedly high charge for that return shipment on my refund. After giving them a call, they refunded the shipping charge which was totally unexpected! Great service, selection, and a great pair of boots I was glad to find. Thanks MountainSports!

Absolutely amazing service!! Just bought my first kayak from a store (this store), and all the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Knowledgeable... as in they actually have in depth knowledgeable on the kayaks (and everything else I needed to get)! Helpful: They had knowledge that went beyond the manual provided, that absolutely will help me with maintenance. They put the kayak together and loaded it for me. This business is a 10 out of 10... but Google only has a 5 star system.

Jeff and everyone at Mountain Sports is great. They are there because they truly care and love the outdoors. I like that they sell gear brands like Arc’teryx and Kuhl. They remember their local customers and treat them with respect and care about their adventures. It nice to have a place where you can find experienced people who have a passion for what they do. I hope that they stay true to what I have come to expect from shopping there.
