Muller Park is a beautiful and peaceful spot, especially at sunset when the sky reflects off the lake, creating a stunning view. The park features short but scenic trails, perfect for a leisurely walk or a quick jog. The lake is home to plenty of ducks, making it a great place for birdwatching or just enjoying the natural surroundings. While the parking lot is small, finding a spot is usually not an issue on weekdays. On weekends, however, it can get busy, so arriving early is a good idea. Another highlight of Muller Park is its proximity to several excellent restaurants. If you’re in the mood for fresh seafood, be sure to try the shrimp ceviche at Veracruz Fonda and Bar—it’s incredibly flavorful and pairs perfectly with a refreshing drink.

Beautiful park in Austin with plenty of space. Great place for families with children. Just next to it there is an area with restaurants and shops, quite convenient. The restrooms were disgusting, unfortunately. They were not cleaned in years

Beautiful, calming park with a large pond, lots of benches to sit, a well kept walking trail, and lots of thriving little critters and birds. What a pleasant spot to visit! Grab a coffee from Streamway Coffee and walk around. I visited on a weekday morning as a solo female and felt very safe walking around this park by myself. Unfortunately there was a collection of trash at one end of the pond.

Parking is an absolute nightmare on Sundays. Lake is actually quite small and the park can get crowded. Definitely check out the area at least once on a nice weather day but at the end of the day it's not the most special place and kind of inconvenient to visit.

I have never seen so much diverse wildlife at a park in my life. I am from Colorado and it feels like I have seen more wildlife at this park then my 15 years in Colorado combined. Beautiful park full of life and lots to do. Easily my favorite park in Austin.
