3 weeks agoFantastic people here! Walked in after open art times had ended. They were busy and didn’t need to help us but they still found some fun activities for my five year old and gave her lots of attention. Miss Shannon is amazing!

6 years agoA good morning activity for littles under 4. Recently visited new location and it's a really lovely place for kids to create freely with unlimited art materials- how awesome! The staff is so wonderful helping guide the children through different projects and it wasn't too overcrowded on a Saturday morning. Parking is challenging. Take BART if you can. There's ample space for strollers and a changing table in the bathroom. $7 pp, free for under 1.

3 months agoMuseum of Children's art shut down a planned exhibition of Gaza children's drawings. This shows they don't care about children, just the ones whose parents can fork over $$$$$$

5 years agoNew location at 12th Street BART commercial center. mocha has lots of great art options, very creative and you can easily come away with presents for the family courtesy of your kids' efforts. It can be a little confusing finding them now since the area is filled with one-way streets. at least there's ample parking as the garage structure is right behind where mocha is located. Unfortunately a little bit pricey as one would expect with parking in the middle of downtown.
