4 weeks agoJust visited the Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle and it was absolutely worth it! First up, the music exhibits are a must-see. From legendary guitars to rare memorabilia, it’s a paradise for music lovers, whether you’re into rock, indie, or country. We even got to play electric guitars and jam in soundproof rooms. Super fun with friends! Next, we explored the Infinite Worlds of Science Fiction exhibit. Imagine seeing props from Blade Runner and War of the Worlds up close — total geek-out moment! For those who love a good scare, there are over 50 props and costumes from horror classics. And even if you’re like me and not a big horror fan, it’s still worth it I had fun learning how to pose for scary movie shots and grabbing some creepy photos. We paid a little extra to check out the Asian comic book museum section. Totally worth it — they had some rare pieces dating back to the 1940s! MoPOP is an immersive journey through the best of pop culture. Whether you’re into music, sci-fi, or horror, there’s something for you. People typically spend around two hours here we stayed for three, and honestly, we’ll probably come back for more jam sessions! Don’t think twice, if you want a half day of full-on fun, this is the place, they designed to make you have fun!!!

3 months agoWow 🤯 one of the best museums I have been to! There is so much eye candy to enjoy from the original movie memorabilia, to original artifacts from famous bands and musicians. Your trip to Seattle would not be complete without a visit here! They have a “Sound Floor” where you can rock out on a guitar, drum-set, bass, vocals, piano and more! That was my favorite part I totally loved it. You should plan on spending around 3 hours to see it all and be satisfied.

a month agoI would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for an upbeat location to host their event at. At Museum of Pop Culture they know how to deliver!!! I Had the opportunity to work at this museum location for a few catering events. Each venue was nothing short of exceptional regarding their service standards as well as their ability to be flexible. BONUS: This place is very huge!!!!. And they cater to small parties as well as to thousands of guests. And it was all done with such amazing precision. I noticed all the details they put into the event. It seemed as though they really wanted to make sure that every thing was absolutely superb for all guests and attendees. If you need a hip spot with all the hype for your next event venue. Then this is a place worth checking out and adding to your list of venues to contact. ✓ Museum Of Pop Culture **Seattle based business as it's literally right next to the Space Needle.**

a month agoPop culture museum that has displays of local grunge and rock history. At the time of our visit there were exhibits for horror, science fiction, and fantasy as well. Great place to spend a few hours exploring the exhibits. Wild jam room area on the top floor with a wide variety of instruments to play around with. Individual jam rooms were pretty cool too.

a week agoMust see museum in Seattle. This is a fun museum which focuses on pop culture ranging from music, film, sports and other Seattle related items. It also includes the Science Fiction Hall of Fame. It originally focused on only music, but has evolved to encompass many aspects of pop culture, including video games, and animation.
