I will recommend this place (under the current owner Meisha) till I run out of breath!!! I called the day before my sons party, at the last minute, to see if they had any available rooms left, when I confirmed they did, I told the person I was speaking with I was going to give them a call back. I made some calls to my family members and when I didn’t call back in 15 minutes, she gave me a call back to see if I wanted the room before she shut the system down. I was so overwhelmed with planning a birthday party at the last minute and she did everything to help the process go smooth. When we completed the booking and deposit I asked for her name and it was THE OWNER!!! She was so amazing! Polite, patient and answered all my questions. The next day when we got there everything, on my end, was going haywire!!! When I walked in a literally started boohooing at the front desk because nothing was going right. The beautiful ladies at the front desk comforted me and gave me reassurance. When NOBODY was there on time and I started crying again, they were understanding and also let us keep the room we were in longer. They were AMAZING! Keisha, one of the ladies at the front desk, bought my son a gift that he absolutely loved. Her and her daughter checked on us, made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed and NEVER HAD AN ATTITUDE! When I say I am in awe of them!!! All the kids loved the place, it was clean, safe, and educational. I cannot wait to go back!

Super disappointed in our trip. Many of the exhibits weren't in good working order or missing significant pieces - especially in the swamp area, there were a lot of stray ropes hanging down. It appeared as though things hadn't been cleaned in a while, and there we're a lot of electrical hazards with some outlets / plugs.

We visited this place for a birthday party and had a great time. The kids especially loved the play area—it was spacious, safe, and full of fun activities that kept them entertained for hours.The overall vibe was lively and family-friendly, making it a great spot for gatherings and celebrations. Definitely worth considering if you’re planning a party or outing with kids!

This place is so run down now. One employee only at the cashier. Leather pieces torn dirty. Lego blocks need to be scrubbed. Vet area missing all play accessories just dirty stuffed animals in cages. Many areas missing balls etc.Swap noodles missing and long strings handing down that could be a choking hazard. Sharp wire pieces on musical equipment. Astronaut helmet beat up. You sign a waiver with do’s and don’t but the is no supervision. My Kids use to call this the fun place. Owners take stock and return it to its original glory when you first opened.

Update 2025: Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill since our last visit. It's very dirty and many activities are either unusable or in need of repair. The Tesla coil was very cool but the signage was barely legible to teach the kids about it. Besides things being in poor condition, we noticed even some of the newer additions were off or not functioning properly. The animals in the "vet office" were leaking stuffing and needed to be retired. The glow wall letters barely stick. Corners and many surfaces have clearly not been cleaned in some time, which made us question the overall cleanliness and cleaning practices. Looking back on older pictures, it's clear things aren't repaired or replaced often. I really enjoyed bringing my kids here for an afternoon of fun with Friends. They loved exploring and checking out each interactive area. We spent most of an afternoon going from room to room checking out each activity. My kids were 1 and 4 and had a lot of fun. Older kids would also enjoy being able to understand a little more. My kiddo's grandparents have also taken them back since and they enjoyed the time there as well! I'd recommend for one on one time with your kid or bringing a group!
