National Youth Sports

I paid for a season of basketball for my son, which was cancelled. I called multiple times to get a refund and I talked to someone and he said it would take about 2-3 weeks to get a refund. Its been past a month i have called everyday almost for the past week and emailed and have not gotten a answer. It is so sketchy and they dont answer or call you back when you leave a voice message. Please dont waste your time, i took my son to the ymca instead and its been a great experience. This place is unprofessional and a head ache to deal with. Thanks for nothing.

National Youth Sports is TERRIBLE! Take your money and your kids and run FAST away. They take your money and leave you to fin for yourself basically! They are unorganized & unprofessional. The parents are ghetto & left our kids in tears after every game with there behavior! Picture night is also unorganized we had am appointment time for 6:20pm and di not even get our team pictures done till almost 9pm, Half of our team left because they refused to wait any longer so we ended up wit only 2 kids in our team picture! If you want your kid to be able to enjoy a sport and the fun of the games I suggest you stay away from NYS!

Paid for the Summer Baseball Season almost 2 months ago.. Went online MYSELF to find out when there will be a team meeting to discuss the season since I didnt get ANY follow up email or call about joining the season or even about the parent coach meeting ...here it is the day before the meeting in the late afternoon and I FINALLY got one email from them just to inform me that the season is canceled for not enough participants.

Great place for recreational sports.
