Neptune's Park

20250411 This is my iconic landmark for VA Beach. This statue is gigantic, and i have been to Virginia Beach the last 15 years, and this statue is holding up perfectly, no imperfections creates by changes in weather and length of time. If you come when the moon is visible, you will see it just to the right of Neptune (see my photos).

Love this place the beach is beautiful. But i drive all over the country and Virginia has the worst drivers in the country and that's saying something. Absolutely no clue that you are causing the problem because no one moves over .

Nice walking path right on the beach. Do watch for bicycles while walking. Minimal parking availability but a nice place to relax and watch the tide roll away.

Neptunes Park was nice. My grandson (1 1/2) hadn't been to the ocean, so my daughter and I took a quick half day trip to VA Beach. I am used to Ocean City MD and FL beaches, where most everything you want is on the beach. So when it was time to eat, and we had to clean up, pack up, and head one street over to find food it was a little frustrating. Next time, we will know. Also, I was disappointed there wasn't a carnival area on the boardwalk. BUT, I loved not having to worry about getting ran over by the tram thing or bikes. There was a calmness to not having all of the attractions right on the beach. The waterfront is VERY pretty! The hotels are all lined with very pretty landscapes. Love that there is a playground and gym like area on the beach. It's all around a good vibe. THE ONLY REASON it is NOT A 5 is apparently they remove seashells from the beach. I love to go 🌊 seashell searching. I will definitely be going back when I have more time.

Having a blast will be back Tons of beach fun loads of things to do plenty of shopping centers. Everything's right on the beach. Plenty of places to eat late night things to do. Mars are open till one. Police are very nice
