New Orleans Youth Theatre

Ms. Jena is a theater god! We have watched our daughter’s confidence and stage presence grow with each production! We are honored to be a part of this theater community!

I really don't want to share NOLA Youth Theater with anyone 😁,but here goes. My middle school -aged kids have been in 5 sessions already! Every kid gets a role based on their abilities and comfort performing. It's been absolutely great for both of my kids' confidence. The shows are an absolute blast to watch, too (not the please-shoot-me-now tedium of mediocre kid performances). Jenna and her staff are simply amazing, funny, lighthearted and encouraging people. I highly recommend!!

My daughter has loved her experience with the youth theater program. Watching her thrive in something that was new to her has been such an amazing experience. Jenna commits so much time and effort to help these children get ready to perform with such confidence on stage. I have truly been impressed with not only my daughter, but all of her cast mates! She can’t wait to be a part of this program again in the fall.

NOYT is amazing place for theater, music, dance and so much more. This is a welcoming place where your child will grow in confidence and skills under the unconditional, fun, and loving arms of Ms. Jenna! This theater group is organized with great communication and predictable, reliable schedules. My daughter has made great friends with a diverse group of children and teens from many ages and many different schools. The hard work and dedication the children have to put into a semester class holds them to a level of accountability that they would learn from a competitive sports team. I simply cannot sing praises of Ms. Jenna and her staff enough!

New Orleans Youth Theatre has been such an incredible experience for my girls! I have a 5 year old and an 8 year old who have LOVED every class they've done. Miss Jenna is AMAZING and the programs she has created give so much light, joy, and opportunity to our kids! It was a great investment for our family to join this crew!!
