7 months agoI had a great time! I lost count of the amount of times I jumped, screamed, smiled and laughed. Some staff even scared me twice in a row before I could leave their room / section. It’s a decent size maze. I walked slow and it lasted 15 - 20 minutes. I went on a Sunday right when they opened (7:30pm) and the line took 40 minutes. If you’re chatting with someone it’s not too bad. Plus the anticipation of getting scared is exciting. Thank you to the staff for doing a nice job!

7 months agoExcellent experience! Maybe a good 15 minute wait in line but if you go with a group you can work yourselves up as you work your way to the front of the line! Fabulous workers and great scares! I'm not scared easily but they got me at least twice 😝

6 months agoNightmare Manor in Rochester has been a family tradition for the past 20 years, and I can confidently say it just keeps getting better with each visit. Every year, my friends and family gather for this chilling adventure, and it never disappoints. The creativity and detail in the sets are simply unmatched. The atmosphere is electric, with each room carefully crafted to immerse you in the haunting experience. From eerie sound effects to impressive props, it truly feels like you’ve stepped into another world. One highlight of our visits has to be Maurice the Butler. His character is brilliantly executed and adds such a unique touch to the experience. His wit and interactions with guests create a perfect blend of fright and fun. We always look forward to seeing what he has in store for us each year! If you're looking for an unforgettable Halloween experience, I highly recommend Nightmare Manor. It’s a must-visit for anyone who loves a good scare. Kudos to the entire team for continuously raising the bar and making this event a beloved tradition for so many! Five stars all the way!

6 months agoNot worth the money! We went with a group of six and had maybe 5 or 6 actors actually jump out to scare us. It was $26 per person and yet none of us in our group got scared. We waited in line for over an hour. We also had to get stopped half way through as there was a group right in front of us and a group right behind us. I know it takes a lot of work to put these on and am appreciative I just think they need to lower the price or increase the amount of actors. Overall has potential could be awesome!

6 months agoActors did an excellent job. Our group had a blast. $26 was a little pricy for what it was, but I do understand the efforts that go into making these things happen every year. Great job to you and your monsters.
