a week agoWe traveled to Austin this weekend for my twin nephew’s seventh birthday party and brought my five-year-old along. He was so excited to play but got a little overwhelmed by the number of kids there and suddenly decided he did not want to play anymore. One of the young employees, a girl wearing pink Vans (I wish I had caught her name), was so incredibly sweet and compassionate. She immediately noticed he was overstimulated and sat on the floor with him to comfort him. She offered to get him a coloring book and a color page, which helped so much. Thanks to her patience and kindness, my little boy eventually came around and started playing. There was always a staff member close by cheering him on. The young staff who hosted the birthday party were all so polite, caring, and upbeat. They truly made it a special experience, not just for the birthday twins, but for every child who attended. You could tell the kids were having an absolute blast. Places like this make me wish we lived in Austin. It is such a cool spot for kids, with an even cooler staff.

a week agoWe had a birthday party there today and agreed it was one of the very best we have ever had. I would definitely pay for the one hour professional coach. That made such a big difference because the kids had organized activities and it’s much like what you see on American Ninja the TV show. Many thanks to Kylie who was our coach and host and who made the day a lot of fun. Great day !

a month agoDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY! NO parent will pay to make their kids sad. We completed the waiver in advance, it did not state that my 4 year old cannot enter the gym. She was sad, her sibling and 4 friends got to play but not her. I would have never brought my 2 kids, and invited friends and family too, if both my kids cannot enter the facility and play.

2 weeks agoStaff was super friendly but this would be better for older kids. There was nothing for my smaller 5 year old to do and we left 1/2 way through the hour we paid for. Even the beginner course was too tall for him & he was frustrated and disappointed.

10 months agoWe had a great time! We used our pogo pass for 1 hour of open gym at 3 pm. Very easy process to check in. The gym is clean and new. Many of the activities are pretty difficult. You need a lot of upper body strength and grip strength. Some little kids were very good at the activities though! I took 12 yr old and 9 yr old, and they were entertained for the hour.
