3 years agoI own a cheese shop in Knoxville and visited recently to meet the owners and learn about the goats and creamery operation. Dustin was amazing and introduced us to their four different breeds of goats, including dozens of babies which were so cute and playful. He also explained the cheese-making process, and I was struck by how much work it takes to produce a quality goat cheese product like they are making. It gave me a whole new appreciation for family-run farms and creameries. I would definitely recommend a visit and tour of the farm to get an up-close look at where our food comes from and to support a small business. Absolutely worth a trip!

7 years agoNoble Springs is a goat dairy in Franklin, TN. They make the best goat cheese around! They have really fun farm tours where you can meet the goats and other farm animals. You can also try and buy cheese at the farm tours! They sell cheese in many local Nashville restaurants and stores! Check them out and try their cheese! You will not be disappointed.

4 years agoWe came for the baby goats and cheese board evening on Friday night and it was absolutely fantastic. Great way to spend an evening, have some amazing cheese, and enjoy the weather. Make sure you pick up a s'mores kit when checking in! The hosts were great, their spot is phenomenal, and it just makes for a wonderful evening.

5 months agoSuch a great family owned farm. You even get a tour and can buy soaps, cheese and other merchandise. Of course there is always cuddling with the baby goats, too!!
