2 weeks agoCute little zoo for the area. We enjoyed feeding the animals and getting to pet most of them. Then did the little tour of the exotics the lemurs were beautiful. Then we did the drive thru and the alpacas were very amusing . They run and will chase your car for food lol. If you stop you will get a head or two in your car 😆. You get a good amount of food for 20 bucks [there are cheaper options we just wanted the big boy] 4 stars only because when we arrived we were not told when gift shop would close and by the time our tour was over the shop was already closed

a month agoVisited from PA and it was one of the best experiences of my life! You are guided through part of the zoo with very friendly and knowledge staff. Another part is a feeding and petting part (animal snacks are available for purchase). And the 3rd part is a drive through safari which was the coolest thing ever. The animals walk right up to your car! I also got to hold an otter which has always been on my bucket list! (Animal encounters must be booked in advance). I can’t stop talking about this experience! Highly recommend! Worth the trip!!!

a week agoGo do the behind the scenes tour and ask for Jackson! He was so passionate, patient and very knowledgeable. Our family truly enjoyed the experience because he made it that much better!! We also loved the Christian based community they have. If you’re in or around Helen,Ga…go see this adorable place.

2 weeks agoHighly recommend! Did the baby capy experience and fed the adults. Was so awesome! Like a dream come true for us! The animals look very healthy and happy. Was kind of expensive, but hopefully it mostly goes to the care of the animals.

3 months agoHad a great day visiting the park for the first time! Our 2 year old grandson had a great visit! Our tour guide Coffey was the best! You can really see how he loves his job and was super excited to share his knowledge of all the animals here at the park. Will definitely return! Thanks again everyone at North Georgia Wildlife Park❤️
