💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Bring your own water bottles and snacks as there are no picnic tables or stated concessions.
- →Parents with younger children (toddlers, preschoolers) should be highly vigilant around the three-story climbing structure due to 'sheer drops' or consider alternative play areas within the park.
- →Be prepared for unsanitary portable toilets; plan for bathroom breaks outside the park if clean facilities are a priority, or if you have children who require them frequently.
- →Consider this park for children who enjoy active climbing and exploration.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Real bathrooms are reportedly locked off, with only portable toilets available.
- ⚠Portable toilets are described as 'extremely disgusting', 'never been cleaned', and caused sickness to a reviewer.
- ⚠Numerous 'sheer drops' from all levels of the three-story climbing structure, posing a risk for tiny children still mastering balance or with low self-protection instincts.
- ⚠Lack of a splash pad nearby for water play.
- ⚠No picnic tables available, limiting options for family meals or longer stays.
Price & Value
Entrance to North Park is implied to be free, consistent with public outdoor playgrounds. The value comes from the new, unique three-story climbing structure, soft rubber ground, and ample parking, but is significantly detracted by the critical bathroom issues.

🛡️Safety Features
- •Padded ground cover / soft rubber matting significantly reduces impact from falls.
- •Park is 'not on a main road', enhancing safety away from traffic.

a month agoGreat playground with three-story climbing structure atop padded ground cover. Parents of younger children beware of numerous sheer drops from all levels-- not suitable for tiny children still mastering balance or with low propensities for self-protection. A stand of swings sits nearby and a little climbing "mountain" are the only alternatives included.. Great place to explore for slightly older children! Port-a-potties are a short walk away.

2 years agoMy kids LOVE this new playground. I appreciate that there is no bark or sand and that it has a lot to offer for all abilities. It’s not on a main road and there is plenty of parking. Wish there was a splash pad close by or picnic tables but it’s overall a great park!

3 months agoReal bathroom was locked off. They left an extremely disgusting portable one outside that has never been cleaned. The things we saw made us sick. Had to leave together cleaned. Won't be returning.
